About Celeste

Hello! I am a theatrical professional with a deep love and respect for dogs of all types! Working in stage management, my communication is both clear and frequent and I would love to pass on details and photos of your dog throughout my time with them. I want your dog to have a great time with me and, dependent on you and your dog's comfort levels, would love to take your dog on at-home and away-from-home adventures!

I will respect the needs and personality of your dogs, never overstepping rules or boundaries you have with your pooch. I think it is very important to be able to read the body language of a dog and respond appropriately to signs of fear, distress, joy, boredom, etc.

I am reliable and responsible, always timely and easy to contact. I will respect your home in addition to your dog, ensuring that your house is as safe and clean as it was when I entered.

Although I do not currently have a dog due to housing restrictions, I grew up with dogs (anywhere between 2 and 4 at a time of a variety of sizes, ages, and breeds) my entire life and am very comfortable and capable around a variety of dogs with different needs.

Working in theatre, my schedule varies widely. I will be very happy to work with you and your schedule to provide the best and most convenient services for you. When I am in performance weeks, I am free every day of the week with only a few hours of work on about 4-5 evenings a week.

Caring for your dog would be my privilege and pleasure. Above all else I am a dog lover and want your dog to feel happy, cared for, and loved!

I've been close with Celeste for over 5 years and can attest to her caring, warm, and responsible nature. Never have I met anyone as enthusiastic about the well-being and overall adorable nature of dogs across the globe. Celeste is the type of person who will stop for every single dog she passes on the sidewalk, showering them with love. Trust me, your furry friends are in good hands when they're with Celeste.

Celeste did an amazing job sitting my 80lb Doberman mix (who can be somewhat temperamental). She's always fast to respond, courteous, and most importantly she genuinely cares about the well-being of your pet and wants them to be happy while you're away. I will definitely be booking her again in the future!
Celeste is truly an animal lover. Sheba took to her immediately. This was our first time having Celeste walk Sheba, but we plan to schedule her again. Cynthia
Celeste was great! She accommodated us at last minute with frequent and professional communication. We received a text and picture during our dog's seven-hour stay with Celeste.

When setting up the reservation, she responded to our texts and request for a phone conversation quickly and very positively. Based on this reservation, we highly recommend Celeste.

The only reason we wouldn't give her five stars is due to the lack of a backyard or any confined area where dogs might get outside without being on a leash.

Just a note: when dropping off dogs, her address is not on her building and is difficult to find if you don't know that ahead of time.
Celeste was great with Buddy Love. When he doesn't get his walks he can be a handful! Celeste took him on long hikes and walks and kept him busy! I felt comfortable having her stay at my place to take care of him. I highly recommend her!
Celeste was a wonderful pet sitter and I highly recommend her. She seems to authentically love animals and Penley took to her right away.
Because she has had dogs and cats before in her family, it was clear she knew the basics. All the qualities we could ask for - dependability, punctuality, empathy, clarity ( she brought her own questions too) and good communication allowed us to trust her. Even our dear skittish cat Season
came around and warmed up. She administered
medication Penley needed. They explored Pt.
Isabel together. Daily pictures arrived. Anyway,
both animals seemed well, content when we came
home. Thank you Celeste.
Celeste helped us when we were in a bind. She was prompt in her reply and returned our pup in good condition. He thoroughly enjoyed his time! :)
