Mercedes did a great job watching Penny. She was easy to communicate with ( I had limited cell service so my communication was sparse) and always responded to any of my questions or concerns. I wish I could have received more photos, but it wasn't a big deal. I was a bit concerned with the following of directions- as when I returned my dog's kennel was wide open (and I prefer her to be locked when left alone). My patio door was also wide open which was very uncomfortable to arrive home to, and is something that I would have hoped was not overlooked often. She brought her child over to play with my dog, which we had not discussed, and I would have been fine with it if it had been discussed in the beginning, but it was kind of an abrupt thing to learn once I was away. My dog seems happy and healthy, so I'm pleased.
