Cats are Family Too! Cat Sitting Service is a solo professional pet sitting service that specializes in the feline members of the family. I will take care of your kitty in your absence, in the comfort of his or her own home. I will provide all the basics (food / water / litter scooping) as well as give your kitty all the love and attention he or she wants/needs. My main focus with sitting is kitties with special needs or seniors. I have personal experience in particular with CKD kitties (including acute on chronic) and hyperthyroid. I can also administer medications or subcutaneous fluids, at no extra cost. Only exception is if it goes beyond the 30 minute time frame for a home visit, which we will likely know ahead of time. I am independently insured and bonded. I do not charge extra for holidays or weekends! I do have a full-time job, so am limited during the week to visits in the morning before work, and after work (so no mid-day visits). Weekends and holidays are open though.

I always do meet & greets of course to meet the clients and kitties. I feed according to instructions, refresh water, and scoop litter. I also medicate if needed. My interactions with the kitties are always led by them, as not all want the same level of interaction.

Anything outside the norm, whether behavioral or medical. If you are unsure if it's outside the norm, err on the side of telling me. I should be made aware of any health conditions, whether they are on medication or not. Special diets, food/treat restrictions, litter box issues, etc, should all be discussed at or prior to the meet & greet.
A typical day
As previously mentioned, I let the kitties lead the way. Some kitties prefer to keep to themselves. Some are perfectly content sleeping in my lap. Others are very high-energy, so I will utilize toys available to help them work out that energy!

I recently moved to Murfreesboro so pretty available at the moment! I'd ultimately like to do this part-time but currently have availability in the mornings through afternoons.
