For 25 years, there has constantly been an animal in my life. Whether it been cats, or dogs, or both at the same time, and a rabbit, I have always had an animal in my life. When I was eight years old, my mom brought home a mutt from the pound that immediately became my best friend. I trained him, fed him, loved on him, and walked him. After that, there was no changing my love of animals.
Now, my boyfriend and I have a 10-month-old black lap puppy Duke (or Dukeroo, if you want him to lick your face). He is full of energy, but has been socialized with other dogs since he was 4 months old and could go to doggy daycare. He is wonderful and friendly, and loves making friends.
At my apartment complex, there is an enclosed dog park with a hill (great for wearing out high-energy pups like my own puppy) and great paths around a pond nearby.
Every day, I'll take your pup and mine to the dog park for at least an hour. Whether that be at the private dog park here at the apartment, or down the road to Bonnie Park. Then, I will bring the pups home for some serious snuggling (or for further playing). I will never leave the pups unattended.
I really do love all animals. I have no breed restrictions, as I believe there are no evil dogs. Only people who don't know how to train dogs. I will treat your pup (or cat) like a family member - I promise, they'll be spoiled rotten.
