About Vanessa

12 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Hi, I'm Vanessa! I'm twenty-one years old. I have owned dogs ever since I was around four years old. I cared for my sweet little dog, he was a terrier mix from St. Francis; Young adulthood to senior for the last twelve years. I have also dog sat & been around many dogs in between throughout the years; Ex. toy breeds, terriers, hounds, retrievers, collies, shephards, chows, huskies, bully breeds, etc. I was a fun, punctual, hardworking volunteer at The Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a Dog Companion for about two and a half years; I walked the dogs, I cleaned the kennels, fed dogs during meal times, I would sometimes have four dogs at most in a fenced in play yard for socialization and play time. I administered oral pills and I would bathe dogs. I study various dog breeds, dog health, and vet assisting on the side. I can provide kind, fun, exercise, professional, patient and incredible amounts of care for your dog(s). I can't wait to meet you and your fur-babies! :)

Where we will go on walks depends on how long the walk will be and the area itself. I can take two dogs at a time to a local dog park, with the permission of the owner first. Each dog is different and I will accommodate any fun activities that the owner approves first and the individual dog(s) will enjoy; Ranging from petting them, brushing them, belly rubs, ear scratches, playing fetch or frisbee, racing them on foot, and more.
