First please understand that I hate to leave bad reviews. I was comforted by all the great reviews here on Dog Vacay, but I feel like my dogs were neglected while I was gone. Kenny was watching my two dogs in my house, so he came over the day before my vacation to meet them for the first time. Everything was great. We got along well, too. When I got home I reviewed the alarm monitoring and realized that in the 5 days I had been gone, Kenny had left the dogs alone for 4 large stretches of time over 14 hours (one was >16 hours, and one was >19 hours) without a potty break. When he was at my house, he usually stayed for quite awhile, but this amount of time in between visits is absolutely unacceptable. I'm sure my two senior dogs were ashamed to potty inside the house, which they did. One of my dogs has 2 meals a day. With a 19 hour stretch between Kenny's visits, I'm sure she was very hungry, too. I feel terrible for them and very responsible for leaving them alone to experience this.
