Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my entire life on a big farm, in particular Border Collies, Great Pyrenees, and Akbash, and love all kinds of dogs! I also recently lived with a beautiful Newfoundlander dog, and have experience with cats. I would love a dog of my own, but at the moment just offering to pet sit and walk :) I have volunteered with the BC SPCA, and live with my husband and toddler in a nice 3 bedroom apartment with a fenced small yard. I have excellent references, and look forward to meeting you! *Update - can host 2 dogs at a time, but they must be from the same family, or get along really well with other dogs :) Otherwise, we only host one dog at a time.*

A typical day involves a morning walk, breakfast, play time, naps, stimulating games, free time in the dog park if they are dog friendly, and then relaxing in the evening at home, or whatever routine is best for your dog.

I work from home during the day, and am home in the evenings. I do have a toddler, so your dog would have to be friendly with small children.
