What makes for a spectacular dog sitter? Probably a Keen eye to detail, Amicable, Yearning to care for dogs (and eventually rescue a dog from a shelter), Loyalty and Affection for all dogs. Put those altogether and you have the makings of a great dog sitter. Coincidentally you also get KAYLA, which happens to be my name.
Last year I had a 9-5 job of dog walking and dog/cat sitting on the weekends. Furthermore I used to feed penguins at the aquarium. Currently I have moved on to Executive Assistant and Professional Contemporary Dancing, however that is full time and doesn't involve any dogs. Not having dogs in my life is what I extremely miss, and I would love to have back.
My range of experience with taking care of dogs is quite extensive. For instance I have helped potty train a 6 month old French Bulldog to administering oral medication/walking a handicapped 14 year old Yellow Lab. Also, I have had a family Sheltie for 16 years now, who has lived at my parents' house for 3 years.
I have full transportation to travel to your home and can follow any specifications you have with your dog. There are no restrictions, but I do require knowing as much information about the dog to ensure I have the necessary specifications they might entail and to ensure safety for all parties. Other than that I am very excited to sit your dog and look forward to hearing from you!
