Absolutely the best pet care ever! Amy has cared for my horses, goats, and cats on multiple occasions. She is experienced, trustworthy, and reliable. She has a genuine love for animals and my pets respond well to her warmth, patience, and affection. Amy is communicative and will text me pictures and updates which then allows me to relax and enjoy my vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to book my next vacation knowing my animals will be well cared for and loved while I am gone!

Amy is great with animals because she loves them and they love her; it doesn't get any more pure and natural than that. Animals are naturally drawn to her. She has a very gentle, welcoming presence that can put even the most timid critter at ease. Amy's natural disposition is one of patience and kindness. She is very outwardly loving and genuine with all living beings in her life, animals and humans alike. Her unequivocal reverence for the beauty of nature and the creatures in it is exemplified in her online photography studio. Most of the animal models in her work, if not all, are her own fur babies.

Amy is a very health-conscious individual. She pairs a clean diet with a daily run or hike that includes both her Labs, Griffin and Gus. They love to be with her on these daily outings. She makes sure to stop at a river's edge for a swim or at a beach to toss the ball, or just to let the boys chase each other around off the leash simply because it's fun for them and brings her joy, as well. Simply put, she imparts her love of mind/body health and being the best one can be onto her pets. To Amy, it's so much more than feeding them and giving them a place to sleep. She is concerned with their overall physical and emotional/mental health; their need for human interaction and attachment that fosters the most basic bond, love.

Amy has studied animal husbandry as a hobby for years. With her children now adults on their own paths, she has embarked on a lifelong dream of becoming an animal behaviorist/trainer and massage therapist. Amy has had pets all her life, mainly dogs, but she's had beloved horses, goats, cats, rabbits, and even a rat when she was a little girl. I have nothing but high regard and accolades for Amy as a trustworthy caregiver for your beloved canine family member.

Amy is a life-long animal lover with years of experience raising and caring for canine companions (as well as horses, goats and cats !). Dogs are not just a part of her life, they are a central focus for her. She has completed certification in both canine physiology and behavior / training and is soon to be certified in animal massage therapy to boot. She is calm, caring, experienced and dedicated. One small example: When one of her goats lost it's mate and fell ill, she spent nights sleeping in the goat pen to provide comfort and monitoring.
She has raised and cared for many canine companions as family (not as pets!) over the years, from puppy to elderly and has first-hand experience with the many personality, veterinary, exercise and training issues they have each presented. Animals are treated as her own kids. We can't recommend Amy highly enough !!
