First and foremost, I have two dogs myself (beagles); I know how much I care about them. I treat your dog as if he/she was my own!
I have a large backyard and supplement with walks.
I am able to pick-up and/or drop-off as well as dispense any medication (oral or injection). It goes without saying that I provide any care as needed (i.e., your dog rolls outside - I will bathe them).
My goal is to mimic your dog's normal routine as closely as possible: time and frequency of eating, treats, and sleeping arrangements, for example.
I've watched small dogs (i.e., poodles) through large dogs (i.e., labs) - size is not an issue, friendliness, however, is required.
*Generally, your dog has access to my entire home. However, if needed, your dog can be kept separated in one of three areas.
I pride myself on providing one-on-one attention. I'm not a massive facility where your dog hardly gets individual attention; I'm tailored to the dog that needs a lot of contact with people.
I also provide daily updates to you, dog mom or dad, by text or email. This usually includes a picture or two and an update; I want you to KNOW your kiddo is having a great time.
Finally, I'm within 10 minutes of an emergency animal hospital. I believe it's best to be prepared for any emergency that might come up.
**TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR PET(S) AND MINE, I ask to meet each new guest at a neutral location (i.e., park) ahead of time; this is to guarantee all dogs feel safe and respected, setting the tone for a happy and successful stay.**
