Throughout the entire process, Gary and Jill were extremely responsive and communicative. They regularly sent me updates and pictures, and even took Hugo on daily walks and gave him plenty of playtime and attention. They are clearly passionate and caring pet owners themselves, and it was evident in the way they looked after Hugo. Despite the fact that Madison urinated on her rug, accidentally, Dodi said she would have no hesitation having Madison come for another stay.”
