Hi there, My name is Kate and I'm an artist, actor and run a little voiceover recording studio out of my home. I'm home a lot during the day whether it's running lines or recording and I love the opportunity to run and be outside. I grew up with two cats (Caliban and Fanny) and a dog (Garrison) so I've grown up caring for animals-- whether that means cleaning up their messes or making sure they get the play time they deserve. I'm happy to give medications and injections as needed-- have excellent attention to detail so whatever special requirements you pets need, whether it be special treats and dietary restrictions-- I am sure to follow through. Kate was fantastic as a walker for Lulu. Attentive, on time, and flexible. One can tell right away that Kate's a dog person, and Lulu immediately felt comfortable around her. Would definitely book with her again :)
Kate was fantastic with Maisy! Kate took our lovable but rambunctious Lab on her usual walks, and let Maisy drag her to her favorite dog parks. Kate was reliable, and came to feed and walk our dog as agreed. She thoughtfully took pictures of Maisy on each of their walks over two days. I will definitely call Kate anytime I need a dog sitter.
Kate is awesome!!! This is the first time we've had anyone from Dog Vacay stay at our apartment and watch our little dog Wally, and it was an amazing experience. Kate kept us up to date with photos, videos and texts, so that we knew our little furry baby was in great hands. She took care of our dog and our apartment as if it were her own. I can't thank Kate enough for the help, and for totally placing our minds at ease while we were out of the country on vacation. We hope that Kate will be available to watch Wally in the future, as we know our dog and home will be cared for. Thank you Kate!!
Katherine was an amazing stand-in dog mom for our pup Edie. We were lucky enough that she was available to house sit and watch Edie while we were traveling for four days. We received text message updates with photos of their daily runs/walks, and would absolutely hire Katherine again. Great experience!
