About Autumn

4 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Hello!

I have been in the animal care industry for over 3 years, but have been an animal lover and caretaker my whole life.

I have a 2 year old Maltese mix with lots of spunk named Pixie! Though as cute as she is, she is picky of other pups so with any daycare or boarding she will be included in the meet and greet.

For the majority of my employment, I have taken care of dogs both in boarding and daycare. This included- walks, feeding, daycare management, one on one play and bathing and cleaning of the facility. While at my first job, I took care of feline needs of feeding and cleaning condos.

I learned that in boarding and daycare facilities, it can be overwhelming for some animals. That's why I will stay in your home where your best friend is most comfortable. If you would like a boarding in my home, we are happy to introduce them into our daily life. I have a few dog bowls to serve food and over 20 toys for your best friend to choose from.

On my first day in the animal care industry, my first thought was maintaining the wellbeing and safety of the pups. Now with my experience, your best friend will be my number one priority!

I require a meet and greet before I accept any service. This is to make sure your dog and I are a good fit, and if your pup gets along with mine if they are boarding in my home.

**Starting January 30th, I will only be doing walk services M-F, and weekend only sittings or boardings. Please contact me prior before scheduling long visits if you're a returning client.**

Thank you!!

FAQs:

-What services do you provide?
Pet sitting, walking, check-ins, baths and transportation.

-I have two dogs, what's your rate?
I charge standard and a half so for sitting it'd be $30 for two dogs.

-I have a Great Dane! Can they board in your home? Unfortunately, my apartment is about 500sq ft so I ask that any dogs hoping to board with me weigh less than 25lbs. If you're dog is over 10years old or has health issues, then please include that in your message and we can discuss the best option.

-My pet has medical needs, do you have experience with that?
Yes! I have given medication to dogs and cats. This has been either pills, diabetic needles or just simple cleaning over a scratch or irritated

If you have any questions feel free to message me and I will get back to you shortly!area.

Autumn did a fantastic job. She loved Moses like her own! She went above and beyond sending me daily photos and videos and even brought up my package for me. I have already booked Autumn for daily walks and would most definitely recommend her for sitting or boarding!

Autumn was amazing! This was my first DogVacay and Autumn couldn't have been more helpful. She worked around my busy schedule, took excellent care of Gus - 5 month old Frenchie in the throws of full puppydom. When I got back from my trip, he was happy, healthy and clearly tuckered out from all the fabulous play, walks and cuddles.

Autumn is a great, dependable dog walker who obviously has a deep love for dogs. Our chihuaha/corgie mix Frank looks forward to Autumn coming by every day to take him for walks and give him lots of pets and loves. We couldn't be happier with Autumn's services and highly recommend her to others.

Autumn was wonderful with our dogs! She came over ahead of time to meet the dogs and make sure all was a good fit. Autumn was knowledgeable about dogs, dog behavior, and asked all the questions ahead of time to know exactly how to care for our dogs and what our dogs liked and didn't like. After the pre-meet, we were totally confident that Autumn would be great with our dogs. Autumn was very responsive throughout the reservation and booking process and then all the way up to and during the vacay. We received updates and pictures daily while we were gone. When we returned home, our dogs were calm and happy, a sure sign that they received all the care (and then some!) they needed while we were gone. Autumn even gave them a Christmas present!

My pup had a great time! Autumn is very attentive and attuned to my dog's needs and personality. She makes Kelsa feel comfortable to the point where she comes out of her shell and plays, which is a rarity for Kels. She loves Autumn!
Absolutely fantastic. She has a fantastic sense for dog's, and was able to handle my nervous husky without any issues.
