I have been in the animal care industry for over 3 years, but have been an animal lover and caretaker my whole life.
I have a 2 year old Maltese mix with lots of spunk named Pixie! Though as cute as she is, she is picky of other pups so with any daycare or boarding she will be included in the meet and greet.
For the majority of my employment, I have taken care of dogs both in boarding and daycare. This included- walks, feeding, daycare management, one on one play and bathing and cleaning of the facility. While at my first job, I took care of feline needs of feeding and cleaning condos.
I learned that in boarding and daycare facilities, it can be overwhelming for some animals. That's why I will stay in your home where your best friend is most comfortable. If you would like a boarding in my home, we are happy to introduce them into our daily life. I have a few dog bowls to serve food and over 20 toys for your best friend to choose from.
On my first day in the animal care industry, my first thought was maintaining the wellbeing and safety of the pups. Now with my experience, your best friend will be my number one priority!
I require a meet and greet before I accept any service. This is to make sure your dog and I are a good fit, and if your pup gets along with mine if they are boarding in my home.
**Starting January 30th, I will only be doing walk services M-F, and weekend only sittings or boardings. Please contact me prior before scheduling long visits if you're a returning client.**
-What services do you provide?
Pet sitting, walking, check-ins, baths and transportation.
-I have two dogs, what's your rate?
I charge standard and a half so for sitting it'd be $30 for two dogs.
-I have a Great Dane! Can they board in your home? Unfortunately, my apartment is about 500sq ft so I ask that any dogs hoping to board with me weigh less than 25lbs. If you're dog is over 10years old or has health issues, then please include that in your message and we can discuss the best option.
-My pet has medical needs, do you have experience with that?
Yes! I have given medication to dogs and cats. This has been either pills, diabetic needles or just simple cleaning over a scratch or irritated
If you have any questions feel free to message me and I will get back to you shortly!area.
