About Michelle and John

**HOLIDAY BOARDING PRICING**
There will be an additional $10 per night per pet charge for boarding over holidays. Reservation requests will be replied to with a custom quote reflecting this. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

We have been taking care of animals, in one aspect or another, for the last 16 years. Michelle has worked at a marine mammal park with Large Birds, a privately owned kennel, as a vet tech at a clinic in Ft. Myers and Cape Coral, FL, and for the past 4 1/2 years as a certified, professional pet sitter. John works in IT and helps with the dogs here at our home. We do in "your" home and in "my" home care. We feel that pets in a home setting are less stressed and enjoy their vacations a lot more. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a large, privacy fenced back yard. We love our furry visitors and strive to make their visit a happy, stress-free one.

I hate to admit that I was probably the dreaded complicated client. I didn't mean to be, but our trip turned out to be very unorganized. Michelle & John were very accommodating! They answered our texts quickly, and gave us daily updates. I truly appreciate how helpful they were and how perfect their home was for Lucy to stay. Thank you!!

I can't say much about Michelle because I never met her. Prior to boarding with her, I sent her a few messages inquiring about scheduling and arrival procedures. My first impression of her at that point was that She seemed very professional and prompt. She answered my questions in a very timely fashion with responses that seemed very welcoming. I was told that on the day of arrival she wouldn't be but would be back later that night and that her would be there for check-in which was fine with me assuming that her husband has be through the process of this before. Upon arrival, only her husband was there as promised however, he wasn't knowledgeable at all of the process and his welcome wasn't that friendly. I was told by Michelle that my dog would be introduced to all of hers at the time of arrival, needless to say that wasn't done. My girlfriend and I left wondering if we had made the right decision which shouldn't be considering this wasn't the impression I was given before I actually submitted payment and arrived. during the entire boarding of my dog, Michelle never contacted me to say she had returned home nor to report any welfare checks of my dog. Everything was a complete mystery up until the next day when I picked up my dog. Just like I did for drop off, I texted Michelle 15 mins before hand to let her know I was on my way. I began to worry when she didn't return my text. I then rushed over to her house to find only the husband there ONCE AGAIN which at that point I was very upset. From what I could tell, everything was ok with my dog as she was acting her normal self upon arriving home. Lesson learned for me. I come to panama often and the only legitimate reason why I even chose this host was because there's only 2 people in panama that are even on this site and she was unavailable. Things started very well and seemed promising but quickly went south after drop off. I will NEVER board here again.

WOW! Michelle saved me when I needed immediate pet facilities with her quick, competent responses to my emails. She is kind, professional and answers questions I didn't know I had. My dogs had so much fun in her animal menagerie and we will be back!

Michelle is wonderful! I had a lot of questions/concerns as this was the first time boarding my dogs in someone else's home. She did a meet and greet with them and then we had them stay the night. One of our dogs can take a while to warm up to strangers, but she was very patient with him. Both dogs were happy in their home and had fun playing with her Doxie. I will use her in the future.

Our experience with Michelle was very positive. She was very responsive to Roxy and seemed very interested in making sure she was well cared for while we were away. She was very careful to get all necessary information about her needs during the meet and greet. We found Roxy happy and freshly bathed on our return. We will definantly call on Michelle again!

Meeting Michelle & seeing her house where our doggies would be staying was a wonderful experience. Michelle was so nice & our doggies took to her right away. She was very organized & asked all the right questions to be sure our doggies had the best care & experience, which they did. One of our doggies got stung by something on her last day & had an allergic reaction. Michelle contacted us & got us in to her vet & her quick reaction saved our dogs life

Michelle was wonderful! My baby doesn't take to strangers very often but he was right at home the minute we walked in. We have found a doggie vacation resort for when we visit our "playground" in PCB. Thank you so much Michelle!
Michelle was very friendly and thorough. Upon arrival at her home, she introduced our dog to her own dogs one by one so that none of the animals felt overwhelmed nor uncomfortable. Our dog did have a personality conflict with one of her dogs, and she assured us that she would keep them separated. She also interviewed us about our dog's likes, dislikes, etc. to make his stay feel like his regular home environment. This is a nice home with a great outdoor area; our dog had a great "vacation!"
