19 year old dog enthusiast. Raised my Rhodesian Ridgeback from 8 weeks old here at my apartment, and gave him basic training. Adopted a Pitbull last summer and gave him basic training. At Arlington Cottages we have a strong dog community that play during the day in the quad. Ridgebacks are particularly difficult breeds to train, known for their stubbornness, yet I have been involved with dogs my whole life (Rottweilers, Neapolitan Mastiffs, King Charles Spaniels, Pitbulls). I have experience with house sitting dogs, during the summer in New Orleans I would watch people's dogs at their homes. My Ridgeback is currently away at hunting camp, I don't have that expertise, and my Pitbull is in New Orleans (my family fell in love with him and that's how I ended up with a baby Ridgeback). Looking to take care of dogs in the meantime. Big dogs are preferred. Lots of time for walks during the day and play time.
