My name is Ashley, and I have always loved pets, and I have always included multiple pets of my own into my life since I was a little girl. My little sister and I adopted two sister dogs from the pound when I was about 12, and we not only took care of them, but I trained them and even taught them tricks. They could both shake with either paw, play dead, roll over, fetch, and Sadie would even jump up in the air and do a flip! They were mostly outside dogs, but they behaved when we let them inside also. My father still has Bubby, my first cat that I brought him when I was 14, that my friend gave me off her farm. Bubby could also do funny tricks, including jumping up in the air and catching my sister's Pom Poms! I have taken care of several other cats since then, and I currently have a teacup chihuahua dog named Gidget. Gidget is 17 years old! She is potty trained, and she lives with two other chihuahus at my mother's house. I have also taken care of my mother's two fish before (she has a fairly large water tank for them inside her apartment), and my sister has had multiple types of reptiles like snakes and iguanas that I've also helped her take care of for years. My sister also has a young pitbull named Diety, that I help her and my father take care of. She is crate-trained, and quite young and rambunctious, but we love playing with her. I work from home, which is currently my grandmothers home, on my laptop 4-7 days a week. The house is very large, and one level (no stairs) and the front and back yards are very large and flat with grass, which will give any animal plenty of room to enjoy running and playing around outside! There are hardly any cars that even go by our neighborhood streets, and I go jogging in the neighborhood every day, sometimes with one of my pets to keep me company. All my grandmother's neighbors are very friendly and familiar with each other, and also all like animals, although I believe they do not own any animals themselves in this neighborhood anymore. Since it's just my grandmother and myself here, it would be very nice to have at least one pet here sometimes, for both her and I to share the company with. My grandmother loves animals as much as I do, and would like to be able to spend more time around them. My grandmother has four grandchildren, including my father, and the number of animals over the years that have come to stay at this house from each of the four of those families is so big, I have no idea how many total animals have stayed here! It's a very pet friendly house and location, with two very pet friendly friendly people, who also have years and years of experience with taking care of multiple types of pets, for many different circumstances, and time-frames. We are really excited we found this opportunity, and can't wait to see your pets!
