We'll love your pets like our own!
While we are lucky enough to be able to take our dogs to the majority of the places we travel, we also know that it's not always realistic. We would love to extend our home to help those who have to leave their pets behind but don't want to board them in a facility.
We live in a two family home on a quiet cul-de-sac with a great little loop for walks. We occupy the first two floors of the house and have lovely upstairs neighbors that adore our dogs.
My husband works from home and I work for a small experiential marketing agency near by. I have a flexible schedule and between the two of us, there is almost always someone at home with the dogs.
Dogs are allowed to go wherever they like. We do not discourage them from furniture lounging (unless you want us to help reinforce a rule you have at home) or sleeping on our bed. We have multiple dog beds throughout the house and a couple of overflowing toy boxes we find our guests enjoy sorting through.
While we love all breeds, we find that our dogs get along best with other small and medium sized dogs. Given the layout of our home, we aren't able to properly accommodate large dogs at this time. We can, however, discuss arrangements with families on a case by case basis to see if a dog that falls on the borderline is a good fit.
Let us be your pets' Home Away From Home.
