I am a 30 year dog and cat owner with a lot of knowledge of care for these babies. I have been an animal lover all my life. I currently have two Miniature Pinschers...Sasha, a 6yo spayed female 14 lbs...she is sweet, gets along well with other dogs and gives wet kisses AND Bosco, a 2yo neutered male 12 lbs...he is just as sweet, also good with other dogs and still has some of that "puppy" energy. Both of my dogs are housebroken and crate trained.
My home is clean, very pet friendly and safe. It is a single level ranch that is appropriate for older dogs who are unable to do stairs. I have a large backyard. I am a semi-retired nurse and am home all day. I can provide any medical needs your pet might have such as post-op care, medications, injections, etc. I have cared for animals with broken bones, diabetes, special diets, eye drops, subcutaneous fluid administration and much more. I take my Sasha to the Randolph dog park for fun which is located around the corner from my home and accommodates both small and large dogs with separate fenced in areas for each. I will provide a loving safe environment for your loved one. For care of very large dogs I am willing to come to your home and provide care. We do have one cat....Jazzy....who is used to dogs and very cute I might ad. I will keep your dog in the back part of my home in the family room with me and Jazzy stays in the front part of my home.
I also do volunteer rescue work for IMPS Rescue (Internet Miniature Pinscher Services) and for Yankee-Chi Rescue....evaluating rescued dogs in shelter and owner surrender situations as well as transport of these rescues to and from locations in MA, CT, NH, ME and VT for fostering.
I do require all animals are up to date with all vaccinations including kennel cough and I prefer animals are microchipped. Thankyou for considering me to provide a loving and safe environment for your fur baby and rest assured she/he will be well cared for!! I welcome any and all questions and correspondence before, during and after care/boarding.
