Hi there, my name is Lucas and I am a full time dog sitter. Ten years ago I started my dog walking business in San Francisco where I became a certified dog walker. I had my daily group of 6-8 dogs, as well as my overnight guests. Due to the excellent care I gave many of my clients were repeat clients. Recently, I have moved my family and business from San Francisco to San Diego. I have experience with many different types of dog breeds large and small- puppy to senior. I am certified in animal CPR and have experience in giving medication. My home is centrally located in the heart of Ocean Beach. I have a large backyard as well as a small front yard where the dogs are free to roam. My house is 2 blocks from Dusty Rhodes Dog Park and four blocks from Ocean Beach Dog Beach. My modo is “A Tired Dog is A Happy Dog”. Finally, I share my home with my girlfriend Janelle and our dog Naya. She is a 9 year old boxer mix and she is the heart and soul of our family, we love her more than anything! At our home you can guarantee your pet will be taken care of and smothered with love and attention.

Lucas did a great job taking care of Bruno. He sent photos and videos daily and was responsive to my texts. Bruno seemed to enjoy his stay, and especially love his time with the other dogs at Lucas' house. Lucas took Bruno to the dog park every day, and has a great outdoor turf area for the dogs to play. He was flexible with the drop off and pick up times. We would recommend him and will be booking him again for another stay! Thank you, Lucas.

A typical day
Our day usually begins early to ensure that our furry friends can relieve themselves first thing in the morning. Once that's taken care of, I proceed to feed the dogs. After breakfast, we head to the dog park, where they can enjoy at least an hour of playtime. Depending on the individual dog's recall abilities, we may opt for a visit to the dog beach or stick to the fenced dog park. Upon returning home, we settle down for dinner, making sure they are well-fed. As the day winds down, we embark on another leisurely walk to cap off the evening.
