Melanie was wonderful when my puppy, Simba, was in her doggy day care for two days. She regularly sent pictures and promptly answered texts regarding his care. She even assisted us with potty training by taking him out very regularly. Simba was so excited the second time he saw Melanie when knew he was in good hands. Already booked his next visit.

This is the second time we leave our little Joshy with Melanie and we are so incredibly pleased with her care, you can tell she truly cares. Melanie is very responsible, always gets back to our messages within a few minutes and she sends us pictures and updates often. Whenever we go on vacation we can feel at ease because we know that our Joshy is in good hands. We are so thankful to Rover for helping us find Melanie:)
