Frances took excellent care of Dempsey. She was very easy to schedule with, and even though our trip was on short notice she took the time to set up a meet and greet to make sure that she would be a good fit for Dempsey. During our trip Frances stayed in touch with updates and sent some fantastic photos of our pup relaxing and having fun. I would definitely recommend Frances and hope to use her again next time we head out of town.

I'm so grateful for Frances and Brad. Not only were they willing to take my dog Brazil for the weekend on short notice, but Frances went out of her way to accommodate meeting up to make sure Brazil would be comfortable with them. Meeting up with them was super easy. They asked good questions to get to know Brazil, and were very personable and welcoming. Their home is dog friendly and safe, and there is lots of room in their complex for walks, potty breaks, and people watching. Frances sent me lots of gorgeous pictures over the weekend I was away, and I was always confident that Brazil was being well cared for. Frances was flexible about when I could pick up Brazil when her stay was over (I have a 2 year old that makes getting anywhere on time impossible). I thought it was really caring and attentive of her to ask about Brazil's past (she's a rehome) based on some timid behavior she exhibited. To me that was proof that I didn't just leave Brazil with "someone who fed and walked her," but someone who genuinely cared for her. I would absolutely book with Frances again and would recommend her by name to friends.
