I have been an employee at a cage-free doggy day care and boarding facility where I handled dogs of every size and activity level. I spent a year as a dog training intern where I learned a bit about how to teach dogs obedience, tricks, and how to do nose work. I have also spent many years as a volunteer at a rescue organization where I worked adoption events, helped rehabilitate dogs, and fostered rescued dogs while we found them a forever home. I also have personal experience working with an elderly dog as well as a grand mal seizure dog.
