“My senior dog is unaccustomed to being alone and I’m seldom without him because I work from home. When I needed to be downtown for an all-day conference, I was fortunate to find Jan on Rover.com. Jan instills confidence and assurance in the warm and professional way she communicates and conducts bookings. She was flexible about the drop-off time and very accommodating with Toby’s schedule. Full disclosure: I’m one of those annoying fretting pet parents who constantly worries about their dog so it is a big deal for me to leave him with someone else. By time our booking came around I had no qualms about leaving Toby with Jan. I wasn’t wrong because Toby thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Jan (and Earl). Jan is experienced, intuitive and understands dogs (and people). She took excellent care of my boy. To reassure me, she checked-in throughout the day which was much appreciated. A bonus: Jan was a professional photographer before she retired so I received lovely candid shots of Toby for my image collection. I have no hesitation to recommend Jan and would definitely book with her again (both short and long term stay) as I’m sure Toby would be glad to visit Jan and Earl again.”

“Hannah is awesome! She took great care of our fur baby. She was available at the last minute for watching over our Izzy for a few days while we were away. I got regular updates of Izzy’s adventures daily. She has a great property which allowed Izzy the ability to explore the garden, which she loves. They went on frequent walks and even got to play in the snow. I could tell that Izzy was well looked after. She even got a little goody bag for home. I highly recommend Hannah for anyone looking for a trusted sitter.”

“Nifia and her family are warm and kind. They do this as a family effort, so our little dog had multiple people watching them. Nifia regularly posted pictures of our dog for the 4 days/3 nights they boarded them. Our dog came back happy and healthy. We are beyond grateful to have found such an amazing , kind, responsible, honest and caring family to care for our little dog Rani when we were away. Nifia and family are true gems. They had a huge fenced off back yard and plenty of room to walk run play and hang out in the shade. We can travel with peace of mind when circumstances arise where we cannot take our little dog along with us. Thank you all for consistently being such a wonderfully awesome second family for Rani.
