First, there will be an additional $1 per mile for clients located over 10 miles from me.
I grew up with dogs, a Jack Russell and a German Shepherd/Mountain Dog mix, so from a very young age I've been comfortable with dogs in all sizes.
I started as a Dog Nanny when I was 15 years old, and took care of 2 huge Ridgeback boys for over a year. I then continued to work for a Doggie day care in Sweden for a year before I went back to school to get started on my Business degree. I moved to America in 2010 to continue my studies and get my Business Management degree.
Today, I work for a dog training center (front desk) and I volunteer as a dog trainer for The Dumb Friends League Animal Shelter here in Denver. I'm a huge animal lover, and I am comfortable with taking care of all kinds of animals. I've had everything from mice/rats to horses in my life.
I'm very reliable, responsible, and organized and I'm very familiar with how to handle shy/scared dogs. I won't automatically say no if your dog is reactive/aggressive in any way, but I would like to learn more about your dog before I can make a decision if I'm a good match for you, so please contact me so we can talk more.
I love to build relationships with my clients and their dogs. I understand that your furry friend means the world to you, and I want both you and him/her to trust me and feel comfortable with me.
In my care, your dog will be both physically and mentally stimulated as I love to go on walks, but also love to challenge pupps with treat puzzles, games, and training.
Unfortunately, I can't have dogs in my apartment at the moment. I do have a cat, Fur, who I train in obedience and agility. He is the love of my life, second to only my husband.
I'm certified in K9 first aid and CPR since September 2016.
If I seem like a good match for you and your pup, please contact me!
What I would like to know about your dog:
I want to know if your dog is shy/scared, reactive towards other dogs or humans, if your dog has allergies or is taking any medication, if your dog has specific food/potty schedules, or anything else that can help me keep the dog safe and comfortable.
