I simply have an undying passion for animals and it makes me happier than ever to be able to incorporate them into my work life. I run a dog rescue organization here in Toronto; in 5 months I've rescued nearly 30 dogs from the US. I have a dog named Murphy who just happens to be the love of my life! I would do absolutely anything for her, and not to brag, but she has an absolutely amazing life. We go for hikes almost every day, swimming in the summer, running in the winter.. you name it. I treat every dog as if they are my own. From growing up with dogs, dog sitting/walking and now having my rescue, I'm confident in saying that I have plenty of experience with dogs of all kinds. I do not discriminate; I love dogs of all sizes, breeds, colours, personality types, etc.! People tell me I'm very calming, and I believe animals think the same thing of me, because they always seem comfortable around me!

I’ve taken time to reflect before writing this review but I am sorry to say that I found Emma to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. Emma cancelled 45 minutes before the scheduled walk, at which point I was at work and unable to find a substitute dogwalker. She had walked my dog the previous day and I would have appreciated if she had let me know in advance that it wasn’t going to work out so I could have made alternate arrangements.
First off, I've never met a person who knows so much about dogs as much as Emma! You can seriously ask her practically any question about a breed and she will know! That's aside the point though, Emma is one of the most passionate advocators for dogs I've ever come across! Her compassion for these animals is something to be admired. Last year she found me a beautiful rescue, who now goes by the name of Bob. If it wasn't for Emma, Bob probably wouldn't be here right now, rather his fait would have been a kill house. Emma truly goes above and beyond and it all comes down to he simple fact that her love for, not just dogs but animals in general, really does make a difference in the world!
Emma is the biggest lover of dogs that I know!! She has dog-sat for me many times and my pet never wants to leave her. Very responsible, attentive and goes above and beyond to give my dog a good experience. Highly recommend her as a dog-sitter!
No one loves and knows about dogs like Emma does!! She devotes all of her time to rescuing and fostering and I call her anytime I have any questions or need any help at all with my dog. Rest assured, your pup will be so loved and feel right at home with Emma. She is the best!!!
