We interviewed a few people before we met Rachel and Matt. It was our first time using the service and we were leaving our rescue dog with some anxiety with them for a whole week. At the meet and greet, hands down they were the warmest and most professional couple. Rachel is so attentive to details to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible. She was great with daily photos or video updates. From the first time we were at their home and through the videos, it was obvious our dog felt comfortable and was happy with them. She truly loves and took care of our dog as her own dog. She even went above and beyond to help with some pick up/drop off assistance we needed. It is obvious her major goal is to provide your pet a safe and loving home to stay at while with her. We plan on requesting her services for all our future travels if we can!

Thank you Rachael for taking care of Tisza. We liked getting all the updates and pictures. It was nice to know that he is safe and happy playing with your puppies. Tisza would enjoy staying with you again next time we are out of town. Thank you for being so flexible with the drop off and pick up times.
