At the age of 10, while working on a school project about Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, I opened up a dog sitting service in my home town of Wilton, Connecticut. To this day the business is up and running and has been taken over by my parents. We often had up to 10+ dogs at a time during holidays. Our huge yard and open kitchen space made this dog care fun and easy.
Now that I have moved to Hoboken NJ, I miss the constant contact with dogs. I hope to invite some local pups into my apartment! I have trained puppies and am known to help with leash pulling issues. My apartment is a short walk from dog parks! .
In addition to my experience with dogs, I have also worked on a farm and nature center so I have plenty of experience with reptiles, birds, and large mammals (in case there are any horses in/around Hoboken).
I am applying to grad schools at the moment and looking for more permanent jobs. For the foreseeable future I will have a very open and flexible schedule. Let me know if you would like to meet to discuss your pet!
