They were so friendly, communicative, and sent photos and updates multiple times a day. Not a worry in the world as I was six states away because I knew they had it all under control. My dog is a big dog and eats three times a day and they were great with any concerns and following his routine. Jükka came home smelling fresh and is a clean and happy boy. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. We were updated frequently with plenty of pictures. We could tell that Parsley was having an absolute blast - which was confirmed when I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave. We will absolutely be booking with Katie again.”
