“Kathy B is amazing. We came to the Charleston area to visit friends and we brought with us a 10 month old, active, unneutered Bolonka puppy. We needed a safe place for him while I celebrated my birthday. Kathy not only kept him safe, but she kept him engaged and active. He had a ball playing with her and her family. I recommend her without any hesitation. She is kind, responsible, flexible and fun loving. Best of all, I was able to leave Toby with her without worrying about him.”

18. Tessa G.
About: I've been a dog mom for 8 years. I have two pit bulls and recently lost our third pack member, an independent and full of personality maltipoo. My pitbulls have some reactivity challenges on leash and one has anxiety around strangers so I am comfortable with calmly handling and avoiding situations that can become intense and stressful when out. I will not have my dogs when I am dog sitting at my home. My former partner and I share custody and I am dog sitting when I do not have them because I miss the furry cuddles. I work from home as an animal advocacy program director. Creating a better world for all animals is my life's mission I shape my own schedule and love to fill it with lots of walk and play breaks with furry friends. I have a fenced yard with lots of room to sniff and play. I live in a nice community down the street from a cute park with trails for walks. I can check in on animals in their own home as well and explore their space. I'm hyper vigilant of my surroundings always, and avoid unnecessary run ins with unknown pups out and about.
