We pay attention to all the little details, so your dogs are safe, happy and healthy. 1. LOVE + ATTENTION We treat our dog guests like family. They can get on the furniture and sleep in our bed. 2. WALKS Three+ walks a day. Lots of green space all around to keep your dogs exercised and mentally stimulated. During the week, walks are 30 minutes at 8am, another 30 minutes at 5pm and 15 minutes at 11pm. Weekends would include an additional 15 minute walk at lunch as well as trips to the dog park if pet-parent approved. 3. FOOD We're happy to handle custom requests for your pet's food. We understand that some dogs are finicky or have special diets. 4. SAFETY Clutter-free home. We keep all purses, trash, and anything dangerous at all, covered or up and out of reach. For jumpers or chewers, just let us know, and we'll make special arrangements. 3. PARKS + OUTINGS There are tons of parks around us. For weekend visits, trips to dog parks and dog beaches upon request. Nothing off leash unless it's a completely gated area. 5. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN Laminate hardwood floors in almost the entire apartment with the exception of the bedroom which would be kept closed during the day. So it's not the end of the world if an accident happens. 6. EMERGENCIES We're excellent in emergency situations and have nearby 24-hour emergency vets if needed. 7. SPECIAL NEEDS We have experience with our own special needs dogs. We are happy to give pills and injections, check breathing rates, etc. It's so hard to find someone you trust to take care of dogs with health problems. We will give the utmost attention to ensure they remain healthy. My husband Alex and I take care of our dog guests in our apartment. However, we work outside of the home during business hours, four days a week. Because of this, we do request that drop offs be in the evening after 5:30pm. We can make exceptions on Tuesdays as well as the weekends. We are a childfree home but have one very low-key, friendly 10-year old dog named Cali. Please note, we do occasionally foster dogs as well. We'll let you know if there will be an additional foster in our home.
