Prior to hosting, we met with Jackie for a meet 'n greet. She asked insightful questions and took great notes about the dogs routines, likes and dislikes. Jackie was very flexible with meeting times and spent nearly an hour with me and the pups to make sure there was a fit for all of us. We just got home from a week away. We left our shih tzu and maltese with Jackie while we were gone. She's an outstanding host! She texted me daily updates and photos and contacted me for input when one of the dogs had trouble adjusting. I give Jackie the highest recommendation. She very clearly loves dogs (her own Lily is precious!) and my dogs love her too! The pups obviously had a good time - they're exhausted! An extra bonus, our 7 year old maltese use to require 10-15 minute walks before relieving herself. Jackie has trained her to 'hurry up'! I usually try to balance high praises with a recommendation or two for improvement. There is nothing I would change about our interactions with Jackie or the way she treated our dogs.

Jackie is wonderful!! Rosie had a real vacation. So happy we found her and so glad never to board my dog at a kennel again.
