“Tyler and Caroline were so accommodating with my demanding schedule - as a nurse, I had to drop off my dog early in the morning and pick her up late, and they were so willing to help!! They made sure to tire her out with a lot of outside time so she would be calm when I brought her home. Thank you!!”
5. LeAnndra R.
“LeAnndra’s yard is a dog’s dream! I know my dog had so much fun today running around like a wild man! LeAnndra was so thoughtful and made sure he came in for plenty of breaks to get out of the heat and offered him frozen treats! She is super communicative and sends tons of updates. My dog did misbehave for her and she was so patient and understanding about it! We will absolutely be back :)”

“Devon is one of our most dedicated volunteers at HSPPR. Devon's primary role is that of a dog walker, and he excels at his job. He is always punctual, and we can rely on him to be there when we need him. Not only is Devon reliable and punctual, but he also has a great approach to caring for our animals. He demonstrates empathy and compassion towards all the animals in our shelter, and he always ensures that they receive the attention they need. Devon's caring approach helps our animals feel at ease, and this is especially important for dogs who may be feeling anxious or scared. Overall, we cannot praise Devon enough for his contribution to our animal shelter. His dedication, reliability, and compassionate approach make him a true asset to our team, and we are lucky to have him as one of our volunteers.”

About: Since very young I’ve been taking care of animals either at home, for friends, or working in day care/boarding. Being around any type of animal brings me joy, and I’ll always be sure to take great care of your companion. I have lots of patience and understanding, so any age or breed is alright by me. I currently have a flexible schedule and work at home. Our current place doesn’t have the space for overnight boarding, but I am available for other types of care, and can schedule to your needs on most days. If visiting your home, I will be respectful and be sure to follow any directions given. Pets typically feel comfortable with me even if I’m new to them, I’ll be sure to notice and follow their boundaries. At our home, we have a decent sized fenced back yard for running and sniffing. Our pets include two friendly dogs and cats.
12. Michelle H.
“Michelle was wonderful and great to communicate with. We so appreciate her keeping Dakota for the day so we could go to the zoo and sightsee. Dakota had a great day! Thank you for being such a caring Rover!”
13. Matthew H.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, starting with my own and then neighbors and friends. My boy Bruizer, a blue tick lab mix, and I love to make any animal feel welcome. Don’t let his name fool you though, Bruizer is fixed, docile, and a true teddy bear. We do hiking as well as walking so let me know what kind of exercise your pup likes! I also keep aquatic animals and have a crested gecko, so keep me in mind for whatever pet care needs you may have. I work from home and am full time student. Most of my time is flexible so don’t worry if there is a certain schedule your animal needs to be on. I feed my dog once in the morning, but I can separate them during those times if need be. I don’t let any animal out of the house without supervision. We have a backyard for them to run around in but leashed walks are preferred if they need exercise.
14. Hally B.
“Hally had two dogs in our booking, a young 1 year old and a 10 year old senior. She was able to handle both dogs needs. The dogs got walks, a trip to the park and some swimming in. Plenty of videos and pictures of the dog activies. Both dogs were happy and well cared for. Simply an outstanding dog sitter!”
15. Patty & Mike N.
“Patty & Mike were wonderful with our two dogs. We have an adventurous pup, and they handled his antics without a hitch. After looking for a reliable sitter for months, we appreciated finding a safe and caring home to leave them. It was great to get pictures of them enjoying doggy day care.”
16. Holly W.
“Holly has a motto in life that she truly lives by "leave something better than you left it" she's watched house, my kids and fur babies and always left them with more cuddles, love and cleaner than I left them! I promise she will take your babies care as a personal responsibility and you won't be sorry.”

“She is a great sitter! Very attentive and caring. She takes my dog Zelda to her vet appointments while I’m at work and helps me keep up with Zelda’s special skin routine for environmental allergies. We go on hikes with Zelda and Benji (our two dogs) as well as often go to the dog park. Grace is an awesome and caring animal parent and always makes sure to check every food label, treat label, and research diet and activity needs to make sure all of our animals are healthy and happy.”
