“I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible care my dog received from Louise & Jeffrey while I was away on vacation. From the moment my husband and I dropped off my furry son, I knew he was in excellent hands. Firstly, their backyard is like a doggy paradise — spacious, beautifully landscaped, for endless playtime. Milo absolutely loved it there! What truly sets Louise & Jeffrey apart is their warmth and attentiveness. They treated my dog like their own, showering him with love, walks, and plenty of belly rubs. I felt like my dog was staying with family. One gesture that touched my heart was when they gave my dog a personalized tag for his crate. It was such a thoughtful and sweet touch that showed just how much they care. I returned from my vacation to a happy, healthy, and content pup. I cannot recommend Louise & Jeffrey enough for anyone in need of caring and responsible pet sitters. They are simply the best! Thank you again for taking such great care of my furry family member. Roxy is a great new friend and they got along great! Christina and Marc are great communicators and provide photos and videos throughout the visit without you even having to ask! They have been so easy to work with and are great with response time which is reassuring for sometimes anxious dog moms like myself. “Melanie and her family are the absolute best! This was the first time we left our puppy with anyone and Melanie made this experience amazing for myself and our pup October. We received photos and videos during his stay, as well as quick updates as to how he was doing. Melanie's communication is great and she will try and maintain the same routine your pup has at home! He came home happy and I can tell very loved. I know he can't wait for another "sleepover".”

“Our 11 month old Spaniel had a very good stay with Lauren, who books only (1) dog, at a time for pet sitting. Their home, with a fenced yard, felt like home for our pup. Our breed is very energetic, and Lauren did not mind handling him. Our breed tends to be a bit sensitive, and Lauren handled the puppy well, without excessive firmness, as our dog was still relaxed, when he came home, with us. Lauren and her partner met us at the nearby park, before finalizing the booking, so that all could acquaint and ensure a comfortable fit for all, prior to booking and starting the sitting. We shall be requesting Lauren's help again, in the future, when we are in need of help. In overview, we felt very comfortable with the sitting experience, before, during, and after the stay.”
