It was our first time leaving our pup like this, but Isaiah made us feel reassured that he was well taken care of and having lots of fun. He sent tons of pictures and videos which warmed our hearts. They took her exploring and to the park. Piper was tuckered out when we picked her up, which is always a great sign. Piper seemed to really warm up to her son which is so sweet.”

We are so grateful to them for being such attentive boarders. They can be counted on to give Maya her daily allergy medicine and are understanding about Maya’s anxiety around other dogs, steering clear of other dogs, when possible, when taking Maya out for walks. They are such a wonderful, loving and kind family. We will definitely use them again!”

“Absolutely wonderful! We left Bagel with Chinese and Cristian for almost a week, and being the first time since adopting her that we'd left, they made it a great experience. They sent tons of pictures and lots of updates on how Bagel was doing throughout. Their dog Benny turned out to be a great buddy for our Bagel, who is a bit more timid and sensitive. I think having Benny as a confident chaperone for Bagel was very beneficial. They also have separate sleeping and relaxing areas for if Bagel needed alone time. Great experience, and would recommend Chinel and Cristian to anyone!”

“We had an amazing experience with having Alyssa and Justin dog sit our reactive dog Ollie. We were feeling a bit worried about how he would handle the changes as he can be anxious. However, Alyssa and Justin clearly made Ollie feel at ease and at home! They took him on walks and off-leash plays and were so loving to Ollie that he thrived! I’m sure he considered it a nice little vacation! They also sent us updates, pictures and videos, which we greatly appreciated!”

Roxy had a fantastic stay with Danielle; she took her on multiple daily walks and was very caring and attentive. She sent us photos and messages regularly each day. If we are ever back in Victoria and need boarding for our dog, I would be happy to have Danielle take care of Roxy for us.”
