8. Kamie & Patrick N.
“Patrick provided great care for our 5 month old puppy, Leo, so we could feel comfortable leaving the house for about 5 hours without having to leave him unsupervised and on top of that took lots of great pictures! Previously, he hadn't been left home alone for longer than about an hour, so knowing we'd need more time than that, we knew we would have to find someone trustworthy to watch him. Mission accomplished! No separation anxiety, no stress, no mess, just a clean happy dog ready to come home from a fun day at doggie day care!”

The first visit was a day care trial where my dog and Lisa's family and dog were able to really interact to see if this was a good fit. Very professional, patient and works well with my dog. Now, I know where I will be boarding her when I travel. Thank you.”

About: I recently moved back to the Newport News area and I look forward to meeting new pet parents and your fur babies. I have had dogs and cats throughout my life starting with my dog Peanuts who my parents gave me when I was 5 years old. He was a Fox Terrier. He lived to be only 13 because of a heart defect,, but he was my best buddy for many years. After his passing,, I was given an orange tabby/angora which my mom named Morris. He lived a very long life,(19 years). I went on to own many wonderful dogs and cats over the years. My current pet is a French bulldog named Frankie. She is a bit of a diva but she gets along well with dogs and cats. I'm retired and have plenty of free time to care for your furbabies. I have raised pitbulls and chow chows and personally house-trained many puppies. I have a small backyard that is not fenced but I live in a very walkable neighborhood. We can walk down the street about a half a block and take a stroll along the water. I take Frankie for walks there regularly. She loves it. I always try to make a new pet as comfortable as possible in my home. I want them to feel safe and loved.
