“As my first time using Rover, my 92 pound Scrappy had a great time while we were cruising for a week. Stephen, during our meet and greet showed attention and commitment to service, so we decided to use him versus our typical kennel boardings we have done for the last seven years. Stephen was attentive to Scrappy, sent videos and pictures throughout the week, putting us at ease. We could see in those that Scrappy was happy, having fun playing with the other dogs and was doing great. We kinda wondered if upon picking him up, was he was going with us or would he decide to stay and continue his dog retreat. Will be a return client for sure.”

“Wonderful sitter! Osvaldo accepted a VERY last minute and long duration pet sitting request after my previous sitter had backed out the day I was supposed to fly across country. I couldn't have been more happy with the way things turned out because I had complete peace of mind the entire 3 weeks he was watching my pups. He sent me daily updates and pictures, as well as administered their monthly medication, followed their diet plan, and even ran to the store to reup their food when it started to run low, which is a large ask because of the specific food I feed them. Will 100% book with him again, and if he's far away from you I promise it's worth the drive because I was driving from Maryland to drop my pups off to him!”

“Heather is a life-saver and a true dog lover! She has treated my Rosie (Greyhound) like her very own each time and takes my requests no matter how last minute they are. She is professional, can keep a conversation going and always washes dog beds after each stay. I asked her to take Rosie to the dog park on one stay, and she happily did, even though it was muggy and humid. She even picked her up at my home and dropped her back off, when I wasn't in town. As far as I know, Rosie has gotten along with her adorable Pomeranian who is welcoming to house guests himself. Don't hesitate to book with Heather, just do it! ”
