“Kim was great with our little girl Golden Retriever, Lexie. Kim and her boyfriend played ball with her and took her for a walk. Lexie also got to play with two Golden puppies. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for her to burn off that extra energy. Kim sent many pictures to let us know that Lexie was eating well and playing with the others. This was only a two day, one night stay but Kim and her boyfriend went out of their way to make sure Lexie was happy and that we were informed so we would not worry. It was a great experience.”

She has an amazing back yard and I felt comforted knowing Emily was always around keeping an eye on my pups. She lives in a nice safe neighborhood and followed our complicated directions taking great care of my fur-babies. Emily was wonderful in every way, and I highly recommend her if you are ever in need of a dog sitter in the Roanoke/Salem area!”

She sent us several pictures, invited us for a meet and greet before we booked, and when we returned early and had a conflict on pickup time, she offered to drive him to our house across town so we didn’t have to make an extra trip! “Our dogs have stayed with Janis, Justin and their kids multiple times and they always love going back! They always send nightly updates with pictures and are very responsive if you have any questions. They have taken our dogs on walks, car rides, and even trick or treating for Halloween (after checking with us for permission, of course) so it is nice to know they are being played with and socialized just as they normally are when we are home. They are always happy and tired when we pick them up. We will continue using them in the future!”
