“Veronica is beyond amazing!!! If there was a way to select 10 stars instead of 5 for this review, I absolutely would. Not only was Veronica flexible, understanding and kindly accommodating with unanticipated scheduling hiccups needing adjustment for extended care, but Thea literally has been sad this last day or two since she clearly was having the time of her life in Veronica’s care. To not recommend Veronica with my eyes closed would be insanely amiss! Thank you so so so much, Veronica!!!”

“As a first time Rover user, I was pretty anxious about leaving my two fur babies with a stranger. Denise did a fantastic job of making me feel really comfortable and offering the meet and greet a couple days before my trip helped so much! She did a fantastic job with both my anxious adult dog and my puppy. She sent pictures each day with updates and was available any time I felt I needed to check in. Both my pups also slept for a solid 3 hours after getting home so I *know* they were well exercised and had a good time ?”

Right from the meet and greet process to end of Finn’s stay, Julia was so accommodating and prompt in her communication.
