“Zhen is definitely NOT JUST a dog boarding to us! It’s our first time using Rover and we were hesitant. After all, we have an elderly of 13 years old and a little over sensitive monster of 2 years. But after meeting Zhen for the first time, our worries were gone. Not only that, the first encounter with Zhen was really educational for our 2 little monsters and for us, as pet owners as well! Zhen is keeping us updated on a daily basis. If we can give more than 5 stars; we would have done it. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back to Zhen for our next stay!!!”

“I had a very positive experience with Qi and I would book with her again in the future for dog boarding/sitting services. She took care of my Australian Shepherd Zeno for 10 days during August 2023 while I was away. Qi's home environment was very comfortable, and her two dogs also helped ease the transition for my dog to stay at her place and for outings. She was great with dog walks and dog park outings with Zeno. I really appreciated her daily updates with photos/videos and feedback on his eating to show me everything was fine.
