“Having a reactive German Shepard, it was stressful to find the right person to watch her while we went away for a week. After meeting Zhen for the first time, we knew he would be understanding and able to manage our girl. Zhen kept us updated daily with videos and photos, and showed us constant progress with Willa as he exposed her to new environments. We are so happy with Zhen, and how he was with Willa! We will absolutely be sending her back to him. Overall amazing experience. We couldn’t be more happy! Thank you!!!:)”

She went above and beyond to purchase some extra food for our doggy when his food expired early, ensuring he kept to his regular food. “Mar and Gabriel were fantastic. I must have been one of the most nervous people to use Rover and leave my baby boy behind. I honestly considered cancelling my vacation! But as soon as I reached out to Mar and Gabriel, I was put as ease. They were both understanding and reassuring of all my concerns and really collaborated to make sure both I and my pup felt as comfortable as possible. They are quick to answer and responsible, and doing a meet and greet with them put me even more at ease. We kept in contact up until I left my pup as they showed genuine care for his care instructions. When I left I felt that my baby boy was in good hands. Mar and Gabriel kept me updated with pictures, videos and video calls. I was able to reach them when necessary and all went smoothly. I would certainly recommend them to take care of your fur babies! They are truly nice people who love animals and want to provide the best experience they can.”

“Great care provided to our dog. We did receive many pictures while we were on vacations. They asked a lot of questions prior to the stay to make sure everything would run well. We see that Juan and Domenica love dogs and did provide a 5 stars stay for our dog. Highly recommended.”
