Tony patiently dealt with Kuma's anxiety issues, and even though Kuma had some accidents and was a night owl, Tony didn't make it a big deal--Tony has 'well, he's still a puppy and he's away from home, things happen' attitude. Tony also sent me daily pictures and videos, which relieved my anxiety :) Tony offered a comfortable temporary home for Kuma, and I'll definitely ask Tony to look after Kuma again!”

They listened and cared about all of their peculiarities and needs, and gave them lots of attention and fun experiences. One of the days they even went to several parks! They are incredibly attentive and responsive. One thing I really loved is how you get two reports per day, one in the morning and one at night along with several pictures and sometimes videos. My wife and I felt at ease during our trip to another state since we knew our dogs were in very good caring hands. Thanks a lot!”
