About: I have been pet sitting/housesitting for 15 years, new to Rover. I’ve worked with a variety of dog breeds, old dogs, young dogs and all sizes. I’ve recently adopted the sweetest terrier from the shelter, Bobby. He has a calm and sweet demeanor and I’ve never seen a dog he doesn’t get along with. It is my top priority your dog feels comfortable and loved while he/she is staying in my home. I have plenty of time to fit pet care into my daily routine. Including daily walks. I change up my routine. Currently, I’ve been walking my dog out by Emigrant Lake most mornings. I live in a nice, safe, pet friendly neighborhood with a fenced yard. I have a number of dog beds. I have a magnetic screen so your dog can go in and out as he/she needs. I have lots of toys, blankets, & daily fresh water. My home is peaceful, happy and cozy to ensure your little one feels loved and safe here.

“It's kind of a big deal to leave your pet with a stranger. I am so happy to report that I now have a trusted person to give love to my dog when I have to go away for work. Anika took care of my golden retriever, Baron, over the weekend while I was out of town. Baron and I met her before our trip and I could tell that my dog was immediately at ease in her home. The house is very clean and cute and Anika and her family are warm and welcoming. There is a fenced in front yard with grass for Baron to play and get some exercise. I missed my pup so Anika even texted pictures over the weekend when she took him for walks. I will happily use Anika again the next time I need day or night care for Baron! Definitely recommend.”

Cattle dog that is nearly deaf and almost blind and hasn't been socialized a whole lot with other dogs, so I liked the fact that Kathleen only takes one client at a time. My dog took to her and her dog Cassie immediately. I'm not from the area and was just visiting my son, so having my dog in Kathleen's care gave me much reassurance. About: Have fun ast experience with animal sitting. Including domesticated animals and some exotic wild animals. Have always owned animals and have great respect and love for all animals. I have the time and availability to be available at short notice. My yard is big with a fence. I currently have 3 furry children; 2 cats and 1 dog. All three are rescues and bring much love , joy, and warm heart felt snuggles to all of us. I am active and will exercise your dog with walks and fun play. I will walk cats as well and engage with stimulating games with them. I will fix special goods if necessary for animals different diets. I will help with older animals and their needs as well.

“Lucia took wonderful care of my two big Labradors and my cat. She house sat and made sure the garden was getting enough water and she took the dogs on hikes so that they could run off leash, as I had asked. She also walked them in their regular circuit, which involved on and off leash activities. She kept me posted by text message and photos about how the dogs were doing and what activities were going on. She asked permission to take them out of their usual route. I highly recommend her. She is intelligent, capable, experienced, and I have complete confidence in her as a house sitter, cat sitter, and dog caregiver and walker.”
