“We have a very senior dog. She’s 16+ years old and has limited vision and hearing and has mobility issues. We were extremely concerned about leaving her behind as she would be in a new environment, and we weren’t sure how she would adapt. From the first day we met Younjoung and her husband, we felt extremely comfortable with them. They were very gentle and welcoming to Halo. We were surprised how positively Halo interacted with them and their own dog, as she is not around other dogs very much. We appreciated the daily updates including all the photos and could see that Halo was doing well. It was comforting for us to know that she was enjoying her own vacation. “Bohui & Jiajing took great care of my dog Mia. They were very communicative from the very beginning of the booking process. During the entire stay, I received photo and video updates from them 3-4 times a day, and I could easily see how happy my dog was staying at their place. She had a great time going on multiple walks a day, visiting the dog park and playing with their cute Westipoo Colonel every day!
