“We booked Radhika for overnight sitting with our 2month old puppy. First thing is the quick turn around and smooth communication. She is very detail oriented in the care instructions to ensure that our needs and our puppy’s needs are met and accommodated our requests. Pick-up and drop-off was also an easy exchange. She sent us pictures and updates, this is our first time having a dog sitter and she made us comfortable knowing that our baby is in good hands. We are happy to have her as our dog sitter and would hire her again in the future. Dia had fun time with her and loved that she got a playmate! She also gave Dia a treat to take home. “I was so nervous about leaving our 9 year old cockapoo Baxter who is a rescue dog and has been with us for 16 months with a stranger. We had a family member lined up but there was a last minute issue so we investigated Rovers. From our first conversation, to our meet and greet and then 2 hour trial, I knew my instincts were right. Monica has posit and loving energy that Baxter and I felt and she took it to another level during his 3 night stay. Her TLC built trust with him and her patience and understanding of his needs helped him move from being shy and sad to outgoing and playful with the other dogs at the end of his stay. This was my first time leaving him in 16 months and Monica’s frequent updates, and pictures allowed me relax and enjoy my sons weekend wedding ❤️.
