“This was our first time using the Rover app. Me and my family were going away on vacation and needed someone to watch and care for our big boy Ben. We had a meet and greet with Gina and her husband the following day after our request and instantly felt relieve and at ease. They’re super friendly and welcoming people. It’s not easy leaving your fur babies with strangers but we knew we made the right choice. Pick up and drop off was also provided and went pretty smooth. Throughout the week we received many updates, pictures and videos on our Lab. Based on the photos we knew he was happy and being cared for the way we would. At first my dog was a bit timid and unsure in a new environment, but Amanda was able to quickly acclimate her and made her feel much more comfortable. Hurley loved her walks in the neighborhood and was super excited about going to the park! The pictures Amanda sent spoke volumes to Hurley’s demeanor and made me feel confident that she was in great hands. When the need arises, Amanda will certainly be called upon again. She truly cares for EVERY pup as they are her own, which left Quinten felling the love even while his mommy was on vacation. Donna also sent pictures and updates while I was away to help calm my “mommy nerves” which made the process easier. This was my first time not only using Rover but having a sitter and I thank God that Donna was the one that I selected! She was a blessing and Quinten and I are both grateful for her!”
