“Florence was an amazing host and took amazing care of my dog. I actually had to pry my dog away from her house because he bonded so well with her pup! Florence sent daily pictures and videos and gave regular status updates on how my guy was doing. Her fenced in yard was great for my guy to be able to run around off-leash, a premium experience for a city dog! I highly recommend trusting your dog with Florence and Phoenix and will absolutely work with her again in the future.”

“Rusa and her family were so wonderful to our doggy. Our dog has had anxiety with previous boarders but she became so comfortable with Rusa and her family very quickly. Rusa also gave daily updates with photos, even cleaned our doggy’s eyes, and put booties on her paws when it snowed to protect her from the salt in streets. She was very communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend.”

Lucienne would send me updates, pictures and videos of Ellie frequently throughout the stay and was super responsive to all of my messages! This helped me feel connected to my little kitty during my journey! Lucienne fed Ellie according to the schedule I have and played with her consistently. Ellie loved Lucienne so much and would climb on her shoulders or sit on her lap to purr, so she felt at home.
