“Karla was amazing! I will absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to watch their dog. I have an 80 pound Bernedoodle who is 1 year old- which can be quite a handful lol. Karla sent me photos of him all throughout the stay. She has a backyard so he was running and playing all day. I picked him up an hour ago and he’s already sleeping like a baby. Karla is incredibly kind and trustworthy. She even gave us a card with pictures of our Apollo along with some gifts🥹 thank you Karla! I will definitely be using her services again whenever I go away.”

“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“Mark and his wife took our dog Ruby for a full week while we were out of town. This was only our second time leaving her, and the longest time we've been away. Ruby had come back from the previous boarder sick and lethargic, and I had to ask for updates while we were away. However, it was a completely different story with Mark. He agreed to meet Ruby before we booked so that I could see how she did with him. Ruby was comfortable and happy with Mark right away, and you can tell how much he likes dogs! When we dropped off, he made me feel very at ease. We got pictures and updates throughout our week away, and he is very prompt at replying to questions. Best of all, when we picked Ruby up, she was so happy to see my daughter and me, but she also still went to sit with Mark and his wife. She clearly enjoyed her time there, and she came home with her normal happy behavior. We will absolutely use Mark again whenever we go away next!”

“Funda was excellent, we had requested her to take care of Goofy pretty last minute and she took him without any hesitation. Very friendly with us and our Goofy, gentle and loving. Goofy was so at ease with her, even we were comfortable leaving him in her care. She was also very proactive in sending us pictures and video updates of goofy.”

“Are you nervous about leaving your beloved pet with a stranger? If so, please read my review. Id like to begin by describing the type of dog I have. My beagle is a senior rescue who for the first year of his life was severely neglected and almost dead when we first found him in the woods in the middle of a harsh winter in upstate New York. For 8 years my mother and I rarely traveled together as my dog suffers from SEVERE separation anxiety, seizures, and trust issues. He barks loud and more often than not sometimes. He also tends to be an escape artist especially from homes and people he doesn’t know. He is not the best when walking on a leash and pulls quite hard sometimes therefore one of my concerns was that he’ll pull so hard while on a walk, someone will let go and he’ll run away. When we had no one to watch my dog for 10 days while my mother and I went out of the country Miguel and his family came to the rescue. I was extremely nervous leaving him with strangers for the very first time in all those years. To say the least, I am absolutely AMAZED at how well Miguel and his wonderful family were able to take care of my fur baby and make him feel so loved and comfortable while we were away. In almost every picture we received I saw my dog smiling, wagging his tail, or taking one of his many daily naps. I cannot thank Miguel and his amazing family enough. When we got home my dog even seemed like he missed them and I can tell he was much happier there than he ever was after a long stay even with our own family in the past. I almost want to book another trip and send him back to Miguel as I feel bad my dog might be missing them ? Thanks to Miguel and his family I feel like I can start traveling peacefully again knowing my dog has the best care he can possibly have. They truly treated him like their own child ? and I couldn’t be more grateful. They have a huge, well kept, clean, and most importantly fenced yard for the dogs to run around in. Their whole house was available for my dog to roam around in without limits as well. I can tell they quickly learned his habits and personality traits even without me telling them about some of them (like him preferring to sleep with someone in bed at night as opposed to sleeping alone ?) anyway I can go on and on about how thankful and grateful I am I was able to find Miguel and his sweet family. Five Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 recommended but dont just take my word for it do yourself and your pet a huge favor and BOOK a stay with Miguel and his loving family. you will be very happy and pleased that you did. :)”

Instantly just conversing with Monica she put my mind at ease by giving so much reassurance that my Banjo would be okay with her. She provided so many cute pics/vids along with day to day updates about my boy 🥹. This family really loves what they do and it shows by how amazing they were to my puppy and treated him as their own.
