“My dog Sadie is a 7 month old puppy and had never been away from her home. Gilbert was warm and nurturing and by the end of Sadie`s visit she was so much better at playing with other dogs and being with other people besides her family. Gilbert was great at sending me updates with pictures and videos so I knew my dog was enjoying her stay. He was accommodating in regards to cooking food for her and she was so happy to be running free in his backyard. When I came to pick Sadie up she didn`t know whether to come with me or stay with Gilbert and her new friends. I have never had to leave any of my dogs with anyone but family, and leaving her with Gilbert, felt like leaving her with family. She definitely has found a home away from home with Gilbert and his two daughters.”

“I live in South Florida but often travel with my dog, a 17 pound cavapoo named Goldie. I was in the area with family for two weeks and had to find a place for Goldie to stay for 4 days. I found Cathy and read the reviews and decided to book it. I couldn't be happier! I got pictures of Goldie playing with the other dogs and her daughter even let her sleep in bed with her! Like so many dog lovers I'm always nervous leaving my baby with a stranger but after meeting Cathy for 5 minutes she wasn't a stranger. I couldn't recommend Cathy more!”

“Melissa was a superb dog mommy for my senior dog Bagel. She kept me updated with photos and text messages. She even bought him honey ham since that’s his go to treat and I forgot to bring it to her. Her whole family showed Bagel love and respect and kindness. He’s almost 17 and has special needs and Melissa accommodated all despite the frigid temperatures and his only eating sporadically. Thanks Melissa and family.”

“I am so happy I found Ken and Irene! It was the first time my dog (Louie) was being watched by strangers outside of his home. I was a little concerned because Louie has been known to eat small objects, but it all worked out and he was fine! Irene updated me throughout the weekend and sent me pictures. I could tell initially that this family loved dogs. Louie got along great with their two labs and seemed to adjust well. I highly recommend Ken and Irene!”

Her home is spotless, super clean and well organized and the backyard is perfect for dogs. It is completely fenced in and also pretty big. Her and her husband were very kind, good people.
