“Charlotte is wonderful! Teddy was very happy and comfortable. He was with her for 5 days. Teddy has seizures and Charlotte has experience with dealing with that which gave me peace leaving him with her. She sent plenty of pictures and went for walks and played. “Our Cavapoo Mowgli stayed with Sandra's family for two weeks in February 2022. Their two Yorkies (Canela and Grizzly) are so cute and glad that Mowgli had good play time with them. “Pamela was amazing. She watched apollo for us and provided updates. She sent lots of photos and wanted to know everything beforehand. Pamela made us feel safe and comfortable on our first time boarding. I will always let her watch our pets because I know they are in wonderful hands. Pamela gave our cat space when he needed it as he was in a new space and he was able to trust her in the morning. Its important to have a caretaker understand animals and shes just the best! Knowing we had to leave our fur baby for 3 days was a bit nerve-wracking, but Vickie and Heath quickly put our minds at ease.
