Surendra sent numerous videos and pictures throughout the day and it was evident that our puppy was in good hands. This was our first time using Rover and Surendra walked us through the steps and made everything as smooth as possible. We ended up having flight delays due to a tropical storm but Surendra was flexible with the pick up times and was very accommodating. I will definitely come back for future stays!”

“I'm so glad we found Patricia to take care of Rusty. She truly loved him as if he was her dog. She took him out on walks and took great care of him. She occasionally sent pictures and updates on our puppy. I would definitely bring Rusty back to her. I could tell, when we picked him up, that Rusty didn't want to leave Patricia's place. Rusty was whining almost all the ride back. I felt sad but good at the same time because that means he had the time of his life with Patricia.”

“We had a great experience with Emily. She was very flexible both for drop off and pick up, stayed in constant communication throughout our dog’s stay, and sent us many pictures and videos. She went out of the way, bathing Coco and giving him delicious treats. I would heartily recommend her to any dog owner!”

She’s been able to walk, feed, play, and provide love and attention to our puppy when we have needed additional help. Her girls are great playmates for our pup and also utilize the commands we have taught them to be consistent when caring for our dog.”
